Our Wedding Registry Picks from #BedBathandBeyond
Wedding Registry Items Worth Picking
Hands down, the most fun you will have as a couple while wedding planning is building your wedding registry. Think about it, it’s one of those things you can jump to as soon as you say yes, and bring your dream home from Pinterest to real life. Ten years ago (!) Matt and I were creating our wedding registry at Bed Bath & Beyond and I was thrilled when they contacted me to relive the experience and share along my takeaways for building a wedding registry without regrets!
Bed Bath & Beyond is not only the mecca for stocking your home with great kitchen, bath and houseware essentials, gadgets and everything in between, their hassle-free returns is another reason why they are the most popular wedding registry store. And here’s a not-so-secret secret – your guests can use their 20% mailer coupons. Holla!
You can start a registry online and make an appointment in store, where you will receive a tote bag with free mugs, a magazine with everything you need to know about wedding registry 101 and lots of promotions so you can get the most from your registry. Bed Bath & Beyond now carries more brands and categories, including furniture and home improvement essentials so you can register for the big stuff too! Another great perk of Bed Bath & Beyond’s online registry is that you can invite friends and family to recommend items and help you make decisions since they know you and your lifestyle best.
White Everyday Dinnerware
So we got it over our heads and registered for the trendiest china pattern that existed back then, and all I can say is that we don’t even know where those are in the house today. Maybe in the garage? Or did we put it in the attic? We don’t know. That’s because a few years later, the trend was over, a few plates broke, we got tired of the pattern and our tastes simply changed over the years. It was love at first sight when I saw the Everyday White® by Fitz and Floyd® Organic-Shaped Collection which is exclusive to Bed Bath & Beyond. It’s a great white everyday dinnerware collection with an artisan feel to it without being heavy-handed, plus I love how they are dishwasher, microwave, and oven-safe — perfect for French Onion soup!

Kitchenaid Mixer
I confess that we didn’t register for a Kitchenaid Mixer when we were engaged. Big mistake. I had no idea that I’d be using as often as I am, now that I have one. They have attachments for specialty uses too, such as pasta-making and spiralizer with peel, core functions and more. I added the Kitchenaid Glass Bowl, that’s not just a beauty to look at while mixing ingredients, but love how you can use it in the microwave and it comes with a lid if you need to put it in the fridge or even freezer. Can we talk about how beautiful the Kitchenaid 5 Quart Custom Metallic Stand Mixer is for a moment? It’s a focal point in our kitchen.

Villa Monaco is 100% linen and pure bliss. It’s neutral and the pattern is timeless that can transcend trends. We paired with Wamsutta® Solid 500-Thread-Count PimaCott® Sheet Set in gray and the Berkshire Fisherman Hand-Knit Cable Throw is so soft, it’s perfect for snuggling and binge-watching tv.

Smart Home
Hello 2018! Bed Bath & Beyond has an entire section for smart home products, ranging from streaming devices to wifi enabled security cameras. I got the Ring Video Doorbell Pro and it changed the way we think about package delivery and all the hassles and worries when we travel. This is an amazing pick if you both work full time and/or travel often. It’s like having your personal doorman 24/7!
The doorbell has both video and audio, has a live stream and it also records any time the sensors are activated so you can check from work (or anywhere around the globe) who is at your front door. You can talk to the person at your door too since you can receive an alert on your phone. Pretty cool right? It only took a couple of hours to install, and Matt was able to do it himself. We love how it blends in with our doorway.
Bed Bath & Beyond has an enormous selection online, but going in-store for your registry appointment, allows you to talk to a specialist and get all questions answered and save you time on research (all-clad, nonstick…anodized?). Start your registry here and don’t forget to sign up for their Rock Your Registry Event!
Love any of my registry picks? You can add them directly to your registry from my list here!
