HOW TO SUBMIT
First of all, thank you for your interest in submitting your wedding or shoot! We’ve been sharing inspiring design and love stories since 2008, and we would love to work with you. Should your submission be declined, please be rest assured that you might be selected with future submissions. No matter our decision, please continue to keep us in mind when shooting and submitting features in the future!

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
-Submissions with a chic, colorful, feminine, cheerful, elegant and stylish mood
-Creativity and personality above all else!
-Seasonal weddings and shoots
-Time-appropriate holiday shoots and weddings
-Destination weddings (domestic or international)
-Unique elopements with a striking location and jaw-dropping gowns
-Ultra modern weddings
-Shoots and real weddings loaded with unique decor and design inspiration we haven’t shared yet
Some images we generally keep an eye out for include: vertical shots of the bride and groom, wedding bouquet, bridesmaid fashion, wedding cake, reception table, and wedding invitations; detailed shots of the groom’s boutonniere; a seating chart display; eye-catching backdrops or garlands. For photo shoots, we look for a fresh concept and inspiring images with a mix of portraits, fashion and decor.
-Please send anywhere from 50-150 images for us to consider
-No watermarks, please
-Images should be at least 1200px wide, all single files (no collages please)
-Keep black and white photos to a minimum
HOW TO SUBMIT
We welcome a number of different methods for sending images, but if sharing through Dropbox, please send a direct link to the Dropbox folder in lieu of a Dropbox folder invitation and please ensure that “home” is not present in the URL, or we won’t be able to access it. A direct link saves us both time and space, and will ensure a quicker response. Here are an assortment of our preferred ways to share images:

We respond to every wedding or wedding-related submission that follows our guidelines. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible, but due to the high level of submissions we receive, it can take up to 3 weeks for us to review and respond to a submission. If you don’t hear from us within 3 weeks, please be sure to follow up to ensure we received your submission before submitting elsewhere.
By submitting features for consideration to Ruffled, you hereby assume responsibility or ownership of its copyrighted work. Make sure included vendors are all in accordance with the plans to submit a feature. Please do not submit if a submission is pending elsewhere, as we do not retract scheduled features. Be advised we will not respond to submissions without images and list of vendors.
If your submission is accepted to be featured on Ruffled, we ask that you wait until 90 days have elapsed since your feature date on Ruffled. We continuously promote your feature to make sure it receives the exposure it deserves. This is specially important in social media channels.
Please do not submit any image to be shared on other publisher’s social media accounts if your feature is accepted. It takes us time to prepare and write your post as well as host a significant amount of images at a high-quality resolution to publish your post. We promote your feature continuously throughout the entire year and we often share it multiple times on Instagram. Scheduling social media shares, writing captions, researching hashtags that are appropriate for your feature, this all takes time. We try our best to honor our features and we ask to return the favor.
We love diversity. That’s part of what makes Ruffled special and relatable. We do not discriminate or otherwise give priority to weddings based on color, religion, sexual orientation, dress size or national origin. Featured weddings are determined by image quality, decor aesthetics and trends, unique details, settings and fashion styling according to what Ruffled readers love.
