Flower Child Wedding Inspiration
This is the season where we finally get to wear our comfy sweaters and dress up in pretty layers. So this Flower Child wedding inspiration designed by Sweet Sunday Events and shot by EE Photography was just what we needed for this rainy fall afternoon. There’s no texture that better defines fall than yarn. To top it all off, there’s so much to love here with a 70s flower child vibe, the vintage blankets and the pom poms everywhere — we’re just crazy about it. Oh, and those knitted poufs? Katy used yoga balls and wrapped them in blankets!
From Katy of Sweet Sunday Events: In our eyes, you can never go wrong with a festive 70’s vibe. Filled to the brim with color and fun, this shoot, snapped by the talented Erin of EE Photography, was nothing short of exceptional. The colorful starburst backdrop, made of a few hundred nails and lots of yarn, set the tone for the abundance of knitted accents throughout the wedding. I mean, really, where else have you ever seen knitted yoga balls?! The use of yarn and knits connected the ceremony to the dinner table, as candles and chairs were, yet, ALSO yarn bombed! A tasty and gorgeous display of food was presented by Catering with a Twist with menus created by The Stationery Bakery. Alright- alright, enough talk, are you ready to jump right into any flower child’s dream?!
