Winery Vow Renewal Inspiration with Autumn Leaves

The leaves are slowly starting to turn, and we are so, so ready to see more of those red and yellow beauties. Today’s inspiration shoot, put together by a talented team including Mary Alice Hall, Lenna Bortnick Wedding and Event Coordination, and Amanda Karam Floral Co, uses some of autumn’s most stunning leaves to create a lovely tablescape accented with romantic vintage details and nods to the winery’s rustic charm. From the event planner, Lenna Bortnick Wedding and Event Coordination: The inspiration for this elegant winery vow renewal took place right as the Oregon summer months were winding down. If you live in the Pacific Northwest you know that once October hits, it’s time to gear up for the rainy months that lie ahead. However, if you’re lucky enough to catch a beautiful fall day, you better take advantage of it, and that’s exactly what Mary Alice Hall and I did.

It was a crisp and sunny day when we arrived at Maysara Winery in McMinnville, OR for this vow renewal shoot. The lush setting surrounding the winery boasted a majestic and sophisticated feel that brought out the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. This romantic winery tied perfectly with the details of the shoot, and oh my goodness, the details in this shoot were everything! The intimate tablescape was breathtaking against the cobblestones surrounding the venue. We used a rustic wooden table with a flowy plant-dyed beige linen and accompanying cream upholstered chairs for our table setup. The gold accents that paired so nicely with the dusty blue, cranberry and blush tones were total perfection.

Married for 6 years and having been together since high school, we were lucky enough to work with this real couple who were charming as can be. Pair that with the unbelievable double-barrel, lace-detailed white cake, and this shoot was sweetness overload!
