Parker Palm Springs Wedding
When Marc and Gloria began planning their wedding, they started with what was most important to them: a jaw-dropping venue, The Parker Palm Springs. With such a fresh and modern site, everything else began to fall into place for their casual yet elegant wedding photographed here by Dave Richards. If you’re like me, you’ll fall in love with Gloria’s off-the-shoulder wedding gown from Carolina Herrera!
From the bride, Gloria: We wanted something casual, fun, and easy for our wedding — pops of yellow and seafoam for a modern and clean feel. My sister did the flowers for the rehearsal dinner, Marc’s family made crazy awesome gift bags, we did the escort cards, and Marc’s aunt made a gift box.
Any advice for brides planning their weddings now? These are probably obvious but think they’re worth pointing out anyway: Don’t do/buy things just because you’ve seen everyone else do the same. Don’t sweat the small stuff – no one else probably will care or remember! And most importantly, make sure to have fun! Oh, and since we were engaged for awhile, we put a moratorium on wedding related questions early on in the engagement, which I thought was good for our sanity.

The ribbon backdrop is fabulous, as are the escort cards!
The Carolina Herrera dress is gorgeous. What do they call those types of sleeves? It goes without saying that I love with the Prada shoe!
I love the bride’s draping sleeves and the tree backdrop decorations for the ceremony!

Beautiful pictures! Love the location too!
That dress is really gorgeous on her. Very on trend wit the off the shoulder sleeves.
