Today’s styled shoot is a beautiful mix of East and West Coast style from Shannon Grant Photography and Whim Events, all rolled up into a bohemian luxe package. Rose quartz was the inspiration, with hints of pink, gold, and maroon ruling the day. We’re especially loving the amazing floral ice cubes – always a fantastic DIY idea!

From the event designers, Whim Events: This Rose Quartz shoot is the perfect blend of bohemian chic, incorporating a luxe and structured look with a romantic and free spirited touch. We wanted to blend trends of the East and West Coast. The shoot was inspired by the Crystal Grid – it’s circle shape and meaning: “love, support and balance.” We drew our inspiration from one of the most beautiful crystal in the grid – the Rose Quartz stone, often called the “Love Stone.” We incorporated the colors of the stone, as well as its jagged geometric shapes and meaning into the design. Plus, we worked with an amazing team of high end vendors in Boston. We all hoped this shoot would inspire more East Coast couples to embrace the bohemian chic look!
