Plum Toned Stained Glass Wedding

Plum Toned Stained Glass Wedding

Come autumn, we just can’t tear ourselves away from beautiful plum color palettes. Today’s shoot from Jessica Hill Photography, CK Wedding & Event Design, and Bramble Floral takes the most gorgeous berry tones and infuses them into floral arrangements, stained glass displays, and even wedding cake decor for a look that’s utterly modern and completely unbeatable.

From the event designers, CK Wedding & Event Design: This shoot was one of our favorite shoots we have done so far. It was filled with many textures, shapes and deep rich colors. We have always had this vision of doing something with stain glass for a wedding but haven’t had the opportunity to work with it yet. Kayla and I began thinking about a chandelier made out of stained glass and from there the inspiration shoot came to life. We wanted it to be more of the edgy side. Keeping with the rich colors such as the ruby and plums made the stain glass stand out.

We came up with the geometric wood piece for the focal point of the ceremony space. Allison from Bramble floral did an incredible job adding floral elements. The tablescape we put together stayed on the same theme with the rich colors and geometric glass shapes. We had stained glass cut for the menus and a fantastic design on the linen. The couple we chose for this shoot could not of fit into the design more perfectly. They are madly in love and enjoyed every minute of being a part of this.

  • That plum color really stands out beautifully, especially on the flowers.

  • I’ve never seen a cake embellished with geometric shapes before. It looks so neat and fancy.

  • Fab furniture looks so pristine and the flowers tie in beautifully.
