Natural Greenhouse Wedding Inspiration with Soft Spring Colors
Organic greenery and trailing blooms bedeck today’s natural greenhouse wedding inspiration. There’s a softness in the modern details juxtaposed against the natural fruits of spring, and my oh my, is it a sight to behold. We can’t help but to feel serene just scrolling through this gallery, and we’re excited for you to bask in the minimalist glory of the scene.
Styled by Bay Area event designer, Natalie Choi Events, she knows it doesn’t take a lot to make an impact. A natural wooden table is laden with orange sky glassware, torn canvas placeards and pale blue linen napkins as it sits between simple ghost chairs affirming our belief that subtle beauty is king.
Fine art wedding photographer, Kate Anfinson, captures the natural beauty of the space while highlighting all the gorgeous details from the jewelry to the angel vines to the bride’s soft glow.
Is it fair to say this soft butter yellow confection from Just Bakecause belongs in the wedding cake hall of fame? We’d be willing to argue in favor.
Okay, woah. This wild centerpiece from Delphinium Floral Design makes our eyes dance – how she encapsulates that sense of fluid movement is beyond us!
This loose updo from Urban Beauty Loft is speaking our language too!
From the stylist, Natalie Choi: From the moment we stepped into the greenhouse at Shelldance Orchid Gardens, we were drawn in by the gently diffused light and the serenity our living surroundings. Underneath a canopy of vines and branches, we set a table laid with modern place settings featuring sleek gold flatware, boldly colored glasses, and iridescent white plates. Delicate menus printed on vellum were placed on each plate, and guests were led to their seats by escort cards placed on swatches of paint on torn canvas. The sleek lines of the modern pieces contrasted beautifully with the soft textures of torn canvas and pale blue linen napkins. Clear ghost chairs surrounded our tablescape, adding the perfect minimalist touch.
Our delicate, flirty bride wore a silky Gretchen Dawley wrap dress paired with minimal gold earrings and a multi-faceted, diamond-studded ring from Atheria Jewelry. We chose a makeup look that enhanced her natural beauty, and adorned her upswept hair with delicate angel vine. Angel vine was also used to decorate our cake, and could be found in various pockets of the greenhouse. Butterfly ranunculi, fritillaries, hellebores, and wild greenery composed the bride’s organic bouquet and the table centerpiece, reflecting the freshness of the first fruits of spring.
Haven’t gotten enough? Us either. Check out the video from Benjamin Yu below for a close-up of all the textures!
