Heather + Greg’s Crimson and White Wedding
When Danielle from Blink Photography sent in this wedding I did a frantic happy dance in excitement. Then I calmed down to finish reading her email, and she was telling me that Heather and Greg are artists in the motion graphics and still life industry. The bride is an award winner for independent film whose work was featured in Smile Pinki, but her awesomeness doesn’t stop there. She found her wedding dress on eBay.
Along with their families, they put together a beautiful backyard wedding with lots of handmade touches. They wanted a “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” feel and I think the woodsy backdrop naturally gave that romantic vibe.
Ah, these Irregular Choice shoes get me everytime. I posted a wedding last year where the bride wore these same shoes in green. Click here to see their DIY wedding.
That dress is beyond fabulous as are the bridesmaids.
Wow that dress is so beautiful. Love the details and the fun moments this photographer captured.
What lovely details. You can feel the romance beaming from each photograph.
I want, no, need those shoes. Actually, I need the ones in green. Does Irregular Choice have them in and out of stock?
THIS IS AMAZING!!! The bride’s attire is so, so beautiful, and I love those mason jars with the photos in them!
Ohhh wow… I also am in LUUUURVE with these shoes. What are they called?
BINGO?! Fantastic addition! and adore the typewriter guest book!
I think the shoes are called Irregular Choice Cortesan Floral Bar Court.
Yes, the name of the shoe is the Irregular Choice Cortesan Floral Bar Court. (I’m the bride with the green ones linked in the post above). The website where I got mine still sells the style, but not in green. So sad, I know. https://search.shoe-shop.com/icat/female_f_irregularchoice.aspx
But they do have them in the ivory, pink, and a couple other colors. Someone else has asked me about them before, and I can’t find them in green anywhere. Every once in a while a pair appears on ebay. The only Irregular Choice store in the US I know if is in New York, otherwise they are all in Great Britain.
And don’t even ask, because I’m not selling my pair. I couldn’t part with them.
hey Naomi! Thanks for chiming in. I looked on their website and I don’t see them there anymore, but I’m thinking maybe eBay might have them…
I love this wedding!! How cute!! I wonder how they incorporated the bingo!! That’s like my fffaaavvvooorrriitttteee game.. No really, I go with my GRANDMA to the firestations and play on Friday nights. It might sound lame, but one time a friend of mine who joined us won almost $2,000!! Anyway… adorable wedding!!
Wow, I don’t suppose anyone has any idea where she got that stunning perfect dress?
Love Love LOVE all the ruffles! What a beautiful wedding!
Love those shoes! So many amazing details.
Her bolero is from this fantastic designer out of Ireland called “Bonzie” who is regularly featured in Belle Armoire magazine.

I second the “who made that dress?!?!” It’s so perfect.
I know she got it on eBay, but I’m trying to find out who’s the designer as we speak!
That dress is Oh My God. What an amazing couple and GORGEOUS details! Lovin’ the shoes too!
such a wonderful wedding — I love all the small details that make it so outstanding!
So in love with this wedding. Her dress, the shoes, the Bridesmaids, the poppies, the signage, but most of all how happy everyone looks!
I “third” the “who made the dress” comment…the skirt reminds me a bit of the gorgeous gown Amanda Seyfried wore in Mama Mia designed by costume designer Ann Roth. It’s absolutely stunning, and I simply can’t believe she found it on eBay!
I LOVEEEEEEE the dress!!!!!!!!!!
How absolutely wonderful! Such a lovely wedding and stunning photography!
Those shoes are off the chain. Love em.
I am absolutely in love with that dress – as in Heather do you want to sell it?! haha (kind of!) After a couple of months of pouring over wedding porn, this really stands out for me as the feeling (and the exact dress!) I desire. Nothing else comes close. Thanks for sharing your special day
hey everyone!
heather got the dress from kleinfeld’s in NY. its the Michelle Roth Marina dress. i was the lucky one to purchase it from heather off of oncewed.com. but now it doesn’t work for my wedding venue :(. i might have a buyer for it (i’ve had it upon on a few sites) and i’ll find out for certain tonight, but if i don’t, i’ll let the owner of this blog know and one of you could buy it from me if you’d like!
it’s absolutely gorgeous!!
Did you find a buyer Terri?
I am interested in your dress. Please let me know if it is available.
i found a buyer, but i know at least one more for sale if you’re interested. write me at [email protected]
This is the most gorgeous wedding ceremony I’ve ever seen. The bride looks so beautiful!
Ahh—I am in love with this wedding. Love the dahlias and the vintage photos in the mason jars…beautiful work!
Does anyone have an idea of where she got the gorgeous bridesmaid dresses? Or where I could find some similar to those? Thank you. Btw I am absolutely in LOVE with their entire wedding it’s so wonderful. You two make the perfect couple. I love it. So creative and chic.
Love the vintage feel to this wedding. From the bride’s attire to the wedding decor! Very lovely!
I find it odd the blog states Heather bought her dress off eBay and then Terri posts it was bought at Kleinfield’s. Anyway, this blog was the inspiration for my dress and bolero. I saw the dress and had to research it and had to have it! I could never find one in my color or size when searching used and paying 4K plus was not an option. That’s the other odd thing about the eBay vs. Kleinfield thing. Even on eBay this dress (when you can find it) goes for 2K. So…I decided to have my dress made in China. I am using eBay seller jasminesbridal and so far they have been amazing. I am paying less then $250 for the dress, bolero and shipping. They have great feedback so I am stoked. Even if it’s half of what the Marina is I will be thrilled.
Cholt – the photographer, who sent over the wedding, had told us she had found the dress on eBay. She probably didn’t remember the correct source, but thanks to the bride for the clarification!

Hello Everyone,
Thank you soooo much for all the compliments!!!!
Was just informed that this was posted to this site (I am the bride). The shoes are made by irregular choice (they have recently added more colors and the same style with a lower heel) as stated above and the dress is from Kleinfield in N.Y. it’s by Michelle Roth and the style is called Marina. And yes, it was brand spakin new, I sold the dress to Terri.
Blink did an amazing job, really great photographers. You can see more of the wedding here:

Feel free to contact me with any questions.
I should also clarify…I haven’t worked on the movie Little Miss Sunshine…though I have worked on numerous films and am a Motion Graphic Artist/Graphic Designer, my husband is a still life photographer https://gregoryamanti.blogspot.com/
Thanks!
I’m the mom of the bride. Yes, she is truly beautiful inside and out. Heather is an artist and an award winning graphic designer “Crank Design”. I love her choices for their wedding which was held at our home.
Note! The groom made many of the decorations and our entire family did the rest. Kudos to Blink!
Mom,
The info re: Little Miss Sunshine was passed via the photographer, something must have fell through the cracks during the telephone game we played π
Hi Amanda,
No problem! I think they must have mixed up Little Miss Sunshine for “Smile Pinki”, an Academy award winning documentary.
Who is her dress by?
Hi Bianca,
I’m the bride featured in this post. The dress is from Kleinfield in N.Y. itβs by Michelle Roth and the style is called Marina.
