Gothic Glam Fall Wedding Ideas
Halloween has dawned upon us and what better inspiration to share today than one draped in swirls of marsala and wispy stripes of marble in a very glam and gothic setting. Gaudium Photography shared this haunting beauty orchestrated by Max & Dexter Event Design and it is all sorts of fabulous. With bold and elegance, this shoot is filled with rich, dark hues and moody florals courtesy of The Arrangement Company. All of these fine elements band together against the best architectural location you can think of for all of these Fall-inspired wedding elements, and it is nothing short of wonderful.
From the photographer, Gaudium Photography: Have you ever had a vision of a dreamy abandoned palace scene filled with romance, golden sunlight, white marble, and deep hues of deep marsala? This is the vision that created this breath-taking wedding inspiration. Swannanoa Palace is a stunning mansion built in the outskirts of Charlottesville, Virginia in 1913, and is surrounded by grand mountain scenery. This stunning structure is both bold and elegant. Although the interior has deteriorated slightly, the outside is still just as beautiful. It perfectly complements this wedding inspiration that features the tones and moodiness of fall.
The natural elements and mixed metals make for a rich raw element that beautifully complements the crumbling palace feeling of the property. The sweeping flowing two piece gown, and the classic tuxedo style pops against the grandiose marble palace. This collaboration pulled together talented wedding vendors to create a vision that beautifully blended together to create a masterpiece of gothic glam inspiration. When thinking about bridal inspiration there is a tendency to think about bright and cheerful colors, but this styled inspiration shows that even the dark hues can create a beautiful unique wedding vision.
So beautiful! 🙂
