French Seaside Wedding Inspiration
Whenever we see the words “France” and “seaside” pop out at us, our hearts start racing so rapidly. There’s nothing quite like the French coast and this beautiful Pinewood Weddings wedding inspiration proves that to be true. The entire inspiration–thoughtfully dreamed up by D’amour et de Déco–is swathed in light and the cool-toned palette is paired amazingly against the craggy Antibes coast. How many ways can we say “swoon” here?
From the event and floral designer, D’amour et de Déco: The meeting with Pinewood Weddings, a talented duo of photographer and videographer, originating from Budapest in Hungary, was made in 2015 during a wedding in the mountains of the back country of Nice. It was a real love at first sight with us for their natural approach and we were all eager to work together again. It was obvious to everyone that we had to create this session when they last came to the south of France. Eniko and Levente wanted a seaside environment for the shoot, so it was an obvious choice to go to the Cap d’Antibes for its wild side.
The idea was to work on the contrast between natural, elegant chic, and a raw touch. The stones are raw but precious, like the beautiful handmade wedding ring. The decoration imagined by the duo D’Amour et de Déco is a subtle nod to the surrounding nature and echo the sea, down to the smallest details with the nacres elegantly calligraphed by Nice Plume.
As for fashion, Me and my Brand opted for a delicate and romantic silhouette that contrasted with the photography style of Pinewood Weddings. The beautiful model, Clara, wore a vaporous Leila Hafzi dress with powdered tones that perfectly complemented the very natural beauty created by Marie, with this plum-colored lip to enhance the look.
