How do you purchase an item? All payment transactions are handled directly between Buyer and Seller. To purchase an item, you need click on “Contact (seller’s name)” button in orange at the bottom of the page, or on the right side of the page underneath the seller’s photos. This will then take you to a messaging board for you to send a messages back and forth to the seller to figure out shipping and final pricing. Once a price, shipping address and any other questions are settled, the buyer will ask for payment on pick up or send you a PayPal request via email. Pay the money request on PayPal and then the seller should send you shipping information on your item.
How do you mark an item as sold? Once you have sold an item, you will login and go to the top right corner of your page and move your computer mouse over “Hi, (your user name)!” in orange. A dropdown box should appear and you will want to click on “My Listings”. This should then take you to a page with all your listings you have posted and you will click on “Mark as sold” in pink next to your listing.
How do I delete my Recycle Your Wedding account? To delete your account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will happily take care of it for you.
How do I notify you when I think someone is misusing Recycle Your Wedding? If you think you are doing business with a user who is questionable, click “Report User”. An email will be sent to us with the conversation in your messages so we are aware of the situation and can block the infringing account immediately. How long does it take for my items to be approved? Your items should be approved within 48 hours.
