Olive Green Wedding Inspiration with Mouthwatering Treats
There’s just something about this rustic Italian wedding inspiration that makes us dance on air, non-stop! You get it, we’ll never tire of sharing European wedding inspiration because come on, they possess every detail a dreamy wedding should have, just like this one we’re sharing today. Soft blue hues and greenery are a match made in heaven – no questions asked! And boy, this editorial has a bonus of mouthwatering Italian treats, too! Okay, enough with the intro, let’s soak in the rustic Italian goodness of this wedding inspiration, shall we?
Chic and Grace Studios engages us with these tender shots featuring dramatic willow details complementing a table festooned with authentic Italian dishes!
The narrative by Orange Trunk dips us straight into an Italian fairytale – as if we would ever come back to the real world!
On a scale of 1 to 10, we rate this Elizabeth Dye gown a 10,000!
Sweet Bloom tenderly manipulates an array of native Italian blooms, and my are we here for it!
So much care went into these refined handmade paper goods from Debbie Wong Design, gently inviting us to take a seat at this table.
From the stylist, Heather of Orange Trunk: A beautiful day, a beautiful couple, a beautiful inspiration. Born of a desire to bring to life a European style, with amazing details. The pillars of Baker Park were the perfect venue to create this inspiration. The florals, table centerpieces of willow & olive branches and a bouquet of white blossoms and greenery were top on our list. Special touches to the table design: soft sage vintage pottery, vintage amber goblets, matte gold flatware, hand dyed linens, fragrant fresh waters, golden beeswax candles, and olive oil favours.
We didn’t stop at bringing in Italian treats such as gnocchi, Italian wedding soup, ravioli, and sweets…oh boy, we brought in a Vespa too!! The hairpiece our bride wore from Joanna Bisley Designs mimics the olive branch, her soft, romantic look flowed beautifully with her romantic gown. Our groom in soft grey to punctuate the colour palate.
The stunning ring was custom made for this inspirational design. Even the stationery had a beautiful Italian landscape, and hand painted features. One of my proudest inspiration designs to date.
As if the dinner feast wasn’t enough, Lemonberry Pastries has to tempt us beyond what they know we could ever pass on… a lemon meets lime hued confection with painterly strokes.
Thank you, Food Works for inspiring our meal plans for the rest of, well… life.
