Glamorous Black Tie Wedding in Florence

Is there any better way to wrap up the day than an exquisite black tie wedding in Florence, Italy? ilbiancoeilrosa helped to design a dream day for Darshana and Manuel, which included no shortage of incredible floral arrangements from Tuscany Flowers — we’re talking delicate roses and hydrangeas as far as the eye can see. From the wedding coordinator, ilbiancoeilrosa: Darshana is one of the best bride-planner I’ve met. She organized every single detail of her chic wedding in Florence. The ceremony took place at the Westin Excelsior Hotel in the heart of Florence, a beautiful renaissance palace close to the river Arno. Tuscany Flowers staged the ceremony mandap for the Indian wedding with white hydrangeas.

Many guests from all over the world have attended the arrival of the groom, aboard a fantastic Bentley and accompanied by his witnesses, and announced by the sound of a dhol player. The bride has made her entry into the ceremony hall dazzling everyone with her beauty and her lovely Indian white and gold dress. Amazing jewels emphasized her features. Manuel, the groom, in his beautiful white and gold typical Indian suit was excitedly waiting for the bride under the pure mandap.

After the Hindu ceremony the newlyweds hosted their guests for a tea with Indian specialties in the Fireplace Room. The reception is then continued to Hotel Villa Cora, one of the most luxury venues in Florence. The newlyweds and the guests changed their dresses for the reception. Darshana wore an amazing Jenny Packham dress, elegantly embroidered. After a cocktail in the garden, graced by the Bollywood dances of Asparas dancers, the dinner was held in the magnificent rooms of the Hotel. Again beautiful flowers arrangements from Tuscany Flowers decorated the tables. The menu chosen by the couple was a journey through the best Italian dishes, ending with a delicious wedding cake decorated by the couple in front of all the guests. After the fireworks the guests have moved into the Club for the party until the early hours of the morning.
