Dusty Blue and Cranberry Wedding Inspiration
If I had to pick one word to describe today’s styled shoot, it would be “lush.” A table runner brimming with greenery and sweet red blooms, a smattering of red pears, and a scrumptious brunch menu topped off with a marbled cake are just a few of the top highlights here! Thanks to Jessica Gold Photography, Borrowed & Blue Occasions, and Oh Deery Floral for all your work.
From the event stylist, Britni of Borrowed & Blue Occasions: I wanted to pick a color palette that fit the season we were shooting in, but was also so flexible that it could be used anytime of year! Our colors were Dusty Blue, Cranberry and Gold – this, surprisingly, was harder than I thought it would be. I chose to focus on the florals and let them do the talking. Briley, from Oh Deery Florals did an amazing job of designing florals that were out of this world! From her lush table runner to her GORGEOUS bridal bouquet, she exceeded anything I could have ever dreamed for the shoot.
The models we used were previous clients of mine that were so contagious that I couldn’t help but want to hang out with them again. There is nothing like seeing raw, unedited love come to life in front of a camera and they were the perfect fit. Clara from Clara Doyle Designs and our cake from Sugar Bee’s Sweets really put the finishing touches on this shoot. There is nothing like a marble cake and a handwritten brunch menu to set the stage for a perfect event.
