Romantic Blue and Gold Wedding Inspiration

The mix of colors in today’s styled shoot from Lindsay Hackney Photography and Apotheca Flower and Tea Shoppe is so fantastic, we think it pretty much has us hypnotized. Rich blues, crisp golds, soft lavender, and minty green — how can it get better than that? Of course, the bride’s Vera Wang gown is also stealing the show with endless layers of tulle that help make this shoot one of the most romantic we’ve seen in a while.

From the photographer, Lindsay Hackney Photography: Autumn in New Hampshire is known for its vivid reds, but for this shoot we were inspired to explorer a cooler fall palette. Moody Prussian blue, minty green and lavender made for exciting and unique foundational colors with bits of gold, peach, and orange keeping things classic.

We were also totally inspired by our venue, the incredible Aldworth Manor. There is no place quite like it in all of New Hampshire, or even New England! The Tuscan-style estate had fallen into disrepair and is being lovingly restored to host weddings and events. The elegance of the Manor’s original features combined with the shabby-chic feel of its current state made for an exquisite backdrop. A gorgeous Vera Wang gown from Borrowing Magnolia and divine floral design from Apotheca Flower Shoppe finished pulled everything together to perfection!
