Southern Fusion Wedding
August 1
The dapper groom, Ruben is from Mexico; Elise, the bride is a Southern Belle. Right then and there I knew their wedding was destined to be a gorgeous fusion wedding, blending Ruben’s Mexican roots and old traditions from the South. Elise wore her mother’s wedding dress, altered with a freshened up neckline. The groom and groomsmen wore black tie tuxes, and the bridesmaid wore mismatched blush pink dresses. Thank you Steven Michael for capturing their day and sharing these images with us!
As if we’re totally in synch, we just posted about mismatched maids last week!! These ladies did it so perfectly and the result is soooo gorgeous and fresh! Love the blend of pretty blush tones and creams!!!

I love the pinata! Let’s start that trend at weddings – way more fun than a bouquet toss!
