Cool Toned Autumn Wedding

Chances are, when you think of a fall wedding you already have a certain vision in your head. Today’s wedding turns all your preconceived notions of a fall wedding upside down, using a cool color palette instead of warm tones to create a look that’s utterly fresh and inspired. Odalys Mendez, Chancey Charm, and Stylish Stems all did absolutely beautiful work here!

From Sarah of Chancey Charm: Lauren Smith and Melvin Chu were the sweetest couple. The Bride, having an interior design background, really thought through every detail with us and was up for the challenge of gathering and perfecting the details with some incredibly creative friends. Ultimately, Beth Claterbaugh of Stylish Stems was able to perfectly bring her dream and Sarah Chancey’s inspiration sketches to life with a romantic backdrop for the ceremony and garlands gracing the long dinner tables at the reception.

The bride and groom really wanted to incorporate a nod to their home, San Fransisco, which was accomplished with a riverside reception under string lights by Goodwin Events and a muted blue color palette. It was a night of food, joy, dancing, and laughter. Truly an escape from reality for guests who enjoyed riverside chats and drinks in the sunset.
