Whimsical Destination Wedding at Castello di Vicarello
In the heart of Tuscany, where history and romance intertwine, Castello di Vicarello was the setting for Marina and Eddie’s dreamy destination wedding planned by Bosco degli Eventi. With soft pink hues accentuating the natural beauty of the surroundings with floral design by Michele Castelnuovo, the magical gardens transformed into a whimsical oasis, all captured by Rossella Putino Photographer.
The bride wanted the elements of nature in the Tuscan hills to blend perfectly with classic and romantic details. She did not want the obviousness of rustic in a country setting, but she wanted her red hair to stand out against the neutral tones of rope and wheat.
Marina’s dress was a light gown, with a wide skirt and sweetheart bodice and falling straps, in shades of white and pink, with beautiful lace embellishments.
A bridesmaid, after seeing the bride ready, sang a cappella a piece of That’s Amore…it was a goosebump moment!!! (There is a video) A very special couple Marina & Eddie, she of Italian descent but Scottish colors, completely Chinese he. An amazing mix of cultures that resulted in a heartfelt and participatory ceremony in the garden of this ancient Tuscan castle.

The wedding tones were delicate and soft, light colors mixed together with different types of flowers, looking disheveled and glamorous. Inspired by the Tuscan landscape, a three-tiered cake with dark chocolate filling and salted caramel raspberries, hand-decorated with greenery and flower petals, delighted the guests’ palates.
