Lace and Film Love Shoot
When I first glanced at this adorable love shoot with a vintage film theme, I was head over heels with it right away. The vintage film theme, combined with lace made for a gorgeous backdrop. The setting, styled to the nines by Chic Celebrations and the couple’s wardrobe by Nunn Better Design, all captured by Krista Mason. From the chalkboard markers to the suspended frames, Joy and Cory’s session is filled to the brim with sweet ideas. This is the perfect inspiration for a couple who loves photography!
From the photographer, Krista: The inspiration behind this shoot is lace, film and cameras! As a photographer I love this idea and thought it would be adorable for any couple that also enjoys photography. The backdrop was envisioned as a photobooth and/or backdrop with the beautiful hanging lace and strips of film framing the hanging frames. The cameras on display are great ideas for centerpieces or as a display for a sign-in table. The vintage cameras and film canisters were all pulled together with the cake stands and the chalkboard signs. Calligraphy Katrina did an amazing job with the signs. The set design was styled by Gianna of Chic Celebrations. I love how she pulled everything together in this dynamic set-up displaying the cameras and film. The adorable couple was styled by Nunnbetter Design and hair and make-up by Susie Chhuor. The couple’s look is edgy and modern yet still soft and romantic, this is a great look for an engaged couple that wants a modern shoot while still keeping the romance.
