From the event and floral designers, Cedarwood Weddings: When the Cedarwood Weddings design team dreams of fabled romance, we dream in velvety reds and soft pinks: the epitome of feminine allure. We combined a lush floral design in shades of red with heirloom pieces, gilded frames hanging whimsically from tree limbs, antique brass candlesticks, and a vintage dusty-rose armchair set in our rolling meadow on an oriental rug. A combination of the natural beauty of Historic Cedarwood’s 50-acre estate and design elements reminiscent of glamorous soirees complement the timeless theme of romantic love.

Standing as an altar, an antique glass paneled door frames the hills of our Tennessee countryside estate at the top of stone steps. Capitalizing on the natural beauty for an utterly romantic al fresco ceremony, the altar is accented by lush and bold floral design. Adorned in an ethereal Hayley Paige gown with a Georgette slit, Jimmy Choo suede booties, and her grandmother’s mink fur, the bride has a perfect vintage-modern look. A vintage Louis Vuitton lock bracelet completed her ensemble, and a statement flower crown and bold red lip carry though the feminine style of the 40s and 50s.
