About five seconds flat is exactly how long it took us to fall in love with this styled shoot from Ali Vagnini, Hey! Party Collective, and European Flower Shop. The shoot effortlessly blends modern wedding style with a reception full of delicious brunch goodies, including a delicious mimosa bar we wish we could have experienced first-hand!
From the shoot designers, Hey! Party Collective: The inspiration behind this shoot was to create a very bold and modern wedding, while showing the great urban backdrop that is the city of Denver — as an alternative to a “Rocky Mountain” wedding. This city has some great industrial and modern venues that can inject instant personality into a wedding, while still creating a beautiful aesthetic. We also wanted to work with an unexpected color palette, mixing both colors, textures, and patterns in an interesting way.
Ali from European Flower Shop made the huge greenery frame for the backdrop to the altar. We loved the contrast against the corrugated metal fence. The bride’s bouquet added the perfect pop of color to create the overall look. Also, we are obsessed with this cut-out wedding dress from designer Lovey by Isha. It really represents our philosophy of pushing the envelope, yet keeping it sophisticated.
