The Ultimate Garden Lover Bridal Inspiration
There’s something about the marriage of the outdoors and the indoors that’s so magical to me, which is probably why I love this inspiration shoot from Lindsay Hackney Photography and Apotheca Flower Shoppe so much. This talented duo chose a striking nursery with an intimate house for their venue, showing that the indoors can be made just as beautiful as the outdoors with the right touches. Can we just talk about that dessert table and its drawers overflowing with flowers, plus hanging floral arrangements? Mad love.
From the photographer, Lindsay Hackney Photography: New Hampshire has spectacular summers and incandescent falls, but that transitional time in between them often goes overlooked. Alyssa from Apotheca Flower Shoppe and I wanted to celebrate that time and the opening of a new local venue by putting together a shoot with that classic New England feel and the romance of late September.
Uncanoonuc Mt. Perennials was a beloved staple of Goffstown, NH for many years, and I’m so happy to say it is now taking on new life as an event venue in 2017. The property boasts spectacular gardens and a little house at the center of it all, perfect for intimate gatherings and small weddings. Alyssa put together some absolutely incredible pieces that brought in the textures and tones of what was already growing in the garden, including pomegranate, privet berry, zinnias and garden roses. We imagined our bride hosting a small reception inside for wine and dessert–the perfect end-of-summer treat!
