Sweet Santa Fe River Ranch Wedding

Photographer Ben Sasso is such a darling, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the weddings he captures are just as precious. Today’s wedding, however, is practically in a league of its own — with flowers from Velvet & Twine, a Monique Lhuillier gown, and a donut bar for a reception treat, it’s hard not to completely fall for this beautiful wedding day.

From the bride, Becca: I wanted a southern, ranch style feel with personal touches. I envisioned floral touches, pastels, pops of red and gold, and rustic design. We also wanted lots of color – different shades of nude, pops of red, pink, greens, teal, gold, peach, etc.

My husband and his mom built the doors/walls for the ceremony! I designed the welcome guides and glittered them all, glittered the doughnut hole sticks, made the table numbers out of frames I had around my house, pages ripped out of an old book and cardboard numbers I glittered. My mom collected all our centerpiece bottles from bars and restaurants around Orlando and then soaked and scrubbed the labels off (this took her weeks, it was crazy!). My sister sewed up all the programs with red stitching and also attached the Kleenex to the back for “happy tears,”
