Sweet Forest Wedding with Persimmon and Raspberry Hues
Natural, earthy and totally bright, Eliana + Evan’s forest wedding is sure to add some color to your Hump Day! Dahlias, ranunculus and deep leafy greens provided the ultimate flower power in an aesthetically pleasing contrast to the woodsy backdrop. We love the way Pennsylvania photographer Pat Robinson Photography captured the sweetest moments between this couple, and their genuine happiness throughout the day has just warmed our hearts. See for yourself!
What style and feel did you envision for your wedding?
Natural, forest-y, warm and celebratory vibe
What are some adjectives that best describe the look of your wedding?
Dreamy forest wedding. We did not have a theme, and we kind of had a color scheme but also kinda didn’t– there were a few aspects of the wedding we incorporated earthy greens, warm marigold yellows, dark raspberry reds. DIY project- other than the flowers, we did a lot of the decorations ourselves– my brother built the arch for the ceremony, and a close family friend decorated the path through the woods between the ceremony and reception sites.
What flowers were used for your bouquet and/or floral arrangements?
Eucalyptus, pepper berry, peony, old fashion roses, ranunculus, marigold, crocosmia, chamomile/ feverfew, protea, zinnia, cosmos, gomphrena, red raspberry, greens, in season bright mix
Any advice for couples planning their weddings now?
Don’t spend time/ energy/ money on things you don’t care about.
What songs did you play at your wedding?
My cousin played some light acoustic guitar during the processional, recessional, and walk from the ceremony to the reception sites.

Such a beautiful wedding! Is it possible to get venue details? Thanks!
This was at a private estate- the Bride’s parent’s home. Gorgeous though, right!?
Beautiful bridesmaid dresses! Do you know where they came from?
