Boho Pennsylvania Wedding with Lace and Neutrals
Pat Robinson never ceases to delight us with his candid photography style, and this boho Pennsylvania wedding is no exception. Alex + Jeff’s wedding reflected their personalities – tasteful, laid-back and ultimately FUN! We love everything from the “girls in white dresses” bridal party style to the street graffiti that made for a natural artsy backdrop. Their happiness is contagious, so ya might want to call in the doctor!
From the bride, Alex: “From the very beginning, I always wanted a very boho wedding.. lots of flowers, simple and neutral colors, even my shower was very boho. The color palette was always white, grey, peach, and green. (The greenery in the flowers and succulents) We DIYed our seating agate stones and our seating coasters for rehearsal dinner.
My best advice would be to just go with your gut and don’t over complicate things. We met with 1 venue, 1 photographer, 1 florist, 1 church and 1 videographer. We are super laid back people in general so I just found what I liked online and went with it. I loved Pat, our venue and loved our florist so much. There was no need to look around. Also, trust the people you hire.. show or tell them their vision and let them do their job! It may be hard at times but it will only make you worry! ENJOY EVERY MOMENT. I had amazing bridesmaids and Jeff and I have amazing parents so everyone really made this process super enjoyable and as stress-free as possible!
We love the Lumineers & Fun so we had a lot of their songs. Our first dance was Pistol by Dustin Kensrue, it describes our relationship really well, we love the song & Jeff adores me & told me when we first started dating that this song reminded me of us!”
