Los Angeles Antique Garden Wedding
This Los Angeles wedding, captured beautifully by photographer Stacee Lianna, is a perfect combination of the couple’s favorite things: antiquing and gardening. Everything from the patterned napkins to the mixed florals caught my eye and had me wanting to see more perfectly mismatched details!
What was your inspiration behind your wedding day? Matt and I have always been into really old things. Our home is full of antiques and hand me downs with tons of character. We love frequenting antique shops around our area or finding items on the side of the road and refurbishing them! We also really enjoy tending to our garden! We thought the perfect inspiration for our wedding would be an “Antique Garden”! It was great because we had a good excuse to go antique shopping for items to incorporate into our big day!
What is your favorite memory of the day? Oh my gosh there are way too many to pick just one! I’d have to say I loved the moment when I thought I’d be so nervous walking down the isle in front of so many people, but when I saw Matt’s smiling face at the end of the aisle, I was instantly calmed knowing we were doing this together! (Matt was nervous too). Also, after we were finally able to sit down at our sweetheart table, hold hands and look out at all of our wonderful friends and family enjoying the night, and the realization that everything had come together so perfectly, that moment was truly special.
Do you have any advice for brides planning now? Don’t get wrapped up in the tiniest of details! Ultimately you (and your guests) are going to remember you and your spouse exchanging vows, dancing, cutting the cake, etc. Also, don’t be afraid to ask for help! Ask the people that are closest to you to take some of the projects off your hands! If your coordinator didn’t already do so, make a timeline both for your vendors AND bridal party. The bridal party should be kept in the loop and know when and where they are expected to be! The day will run so much smoother if everyone is on the same page! Lastly, hire a videographer! A video truly captures the emotion and excitement of your day… I am still brought to happy tears every time I watch our video ๐

What a cute wedding! I love the box with the escort cards! Such a cute idea. I also like how the table napkins were different patterns. Unique and super cute!
Gorgeous pics – Like the idea of the wedding cake split onto different cake stands.. ๐
Congrats guys xoxo
This looked like such a beautiful wedding. I love the scenery.
Love those chairs!
Gorgeous photos, and such a warm atmosphere! If I found photos like these 2 years ago-my own wedding would have been planned differently. so put together, so opposite to the ‘norm’. Love the table the cakes are on, and the cakes too (all 5 of them!). Simple, but absolutely beautiful
The bride looks absolutely stunning! This wedding is perfect and looks amazing!
