Southwestern Meets Wes Anderson Inspiration
By now, I think we’ve all caught on that anything Glass Jar Photography touches turns to magic, so it comes as little surprise that their new film division, MARROW, is utter gorgeousness. Whitney and Bethany wanted to celebrate the launch of Marrow with a shoot where southwestern style meets a Wes Anderson vibe, and, well, I’m pretty positive they nailed it.
From the photographers, Glass Jar Photography: This is our launch shoot for Glass Jar Photography’s new digital film/photojournalism division MARROW. We wanted to create a digital film company that tailors to the documentarians, free-er spirits or couples just looking for the “timeless film vibe”. This shoot was based on a southwestern meets Wes Anderson-ish theme in an old rock quarry. We wanted to create some unique and interesting wedding ideas for couples that are interested in being a little outside the box on their wedding day, or looking for some cool themes or details to pull into their plans, like feathers for boutonnieres, magnifying glass wedding favors, unique tablescapes, or couples’ portrait ideas.
