1920s Midnight in Paris Shoot

If you haven’t seen the movie Midnight in Paris yet…well, let’s just say you must add it to your queue asap. The plot is just not amazing, but it is infused with oodles of inspiration that could be very easily translated onto a gorgeous vintage wedding. The New Orleans ladies of Magnolia Pair created a wedding shoot that did just that, impeccably. Joining talents with stationer Paper Moss, event stylist Tying the Knot, and with unbelievable flowers by Bee’s Wedding and Events, amongst a slew of other great vendors, these images are sure to bring you back to a time that never was.

From Magnolia Pair: After seeing Midnight in Paris, we couldn’t get it out of our minds to recreate a 1920s style shoot. That, combined with our love for New Orleans (and Holly’s new hometown!) became our inspiration for these images. We wanted to portray an intimate and romantic feel that carries you back into what it may have been like in Paris or New Orleans in the 20s…from the color palette and the gown to the sazerac (a cocktail created in New Orleans) and bonbons. The work of several vendors made the vision a reality and we couldn’t have done it without all of them.
