Rustic Chic Wedding Inspiration
Today’s wedding inspiration goes to show just why we love styled shoots as much as we do. When some seriously talented wedding professionals come together, there’s no limit to the magic that can happen! Tami Melissa Photography, A Garden Party, and Kyle Michelle Weddings worked on a shoot inspired by ivy building facades with plenty of ideas for a rustic chic wedding.
From the photographer, Tami Melissa: This whole idea of doing a styled shoot came together with me, the wedding planners/stylists and the florist just chatting about a styled shoot being each of our goals for 2013. We wanted this shoot to speak to all of our strengths and to show brides and grooms that you don’t always have to go with the norm to have a gorgeous wedding. We wanted something eclectic and vintage but with touches of glamour.
The venue was a private family farm whose barn and stables were completely run down, ivy growing on the facade of the buildings, which emphasized our touches of emerald green throughout the shoot. All of the decor was actual vintage heirlooms; treasures that were found throughout the old farm house. We gathered some of our fabulous local vendors for hair and makeup (Your Day Your Way), cupcakes (Indulgence Cupcakery who competed on Cupcake Wars on the Food Network), a local dress shop and tux shop, as well as two of my past couples as our models for the day! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect “dream team” to put together this inspirational shoot!

Job well done! Love her make up and those gloves too!
It’s so nice to finally see how the entire shoot came out! These ladies are so talented I was honored when they asked me to do custom jewelry pieces for the shoot. I loved designing and handcrafting my vintage chandelier crystal necklaces for them. It’s all such a great process of inspiration! The jewelry I created is currently available in my shop on etsy! https://www.etsy.com/shop/CelebratedLady
This is really a beautiful display.
Loving the rustic farm images. Be still my heart!
I love hoe unique this is… especially with the dress and cover-up.
Thank you for sharing our inspiration with others! We love your blog and are honored to be featured! We have another shoot in the works, I can see great things on the horizon! xoxo from the team at A Garden Party
