Glam New Years Inspiration

New Year’s might be a few months off, but we feel it’s never too soon to start poring over beautiful inspiration images full of sequins, glitter, and pizazz. So when we saw this shoot from the team of Lisa Mallory Photography, Lindsey Marie Events, and Flowers by Kim, we knew it would be worth sharing early. Do you love the sparkly bridesmaid dresses as much as we do?

From the designer, Lindsey of Lindsey Marie Events: Hello 2015! I don’t know what could be better than to ring in the New Year with a wedding. For this New Year’s Eve inspiration shoot, I wanted to shy away from the traditional black and gold to show that metallics with a pop of emerald green and orchid can be just as fancy! I definitely did not want to break the tradition of sequins, confetti, and champs, as New Year’s just wouldn’t be the same without some sparkle and bubbles! So romantic to see confetti falling from the sky as the bride and groom toast to new beginnings. So in Love!

Living in wine country, I thought it was only appropriate to host our shoot at Broken Earth Winery since New Year’s is all about the bubbly and some delicious wine! I was so lucky to have the ever so talented Lisa Mallory Photography to bring my vision to life. I had so much fun at Unlimited Events creating the most dreamy table scape. Rosey Calligraphy added to that by creating some astounding paper goods. The invitations were so fun and definitely got the party started. Cake Cathedral continued our sparkle theme with a 3 tiered sequin cake. Flowers by Kim made over the top cascading bouquets, which showed that even in winter Pantone orchid with a pale pink can be in style.

How gorgeous do the bride and bridesmaids look! Their glamourous looks could not have been done without the amazingly talented makeup artist Carrie Marie Artistry and stylish updos from Amy Castaniero. Top that off with a rhinestone bridal gown and mismatched sequin bridesmaid dresses make them truly steal the show! I had such an amazing time with this shoot and a BIG thank you to everyone that participated! Cheers to a New Year and New Beginnings. Happy 2015!
