Peach Bridal Luncheon Ideas
Today’s styled shoot shoot, conceptualized and created for Bliss Celebrations Guide and photographed brilliantly by Stacey Hedman, is a vision of Provençal perfection. Bliss Celebrations had a vision of putting together a “bon voyage luncheon” for a young traveler heading off to the French countryside — but we have to say that these ideas would translate just as beautifully into a luncheon for bridesmaids or a bridal shower!
From the photographer, Stacey Hedman: I can’t help mention the atmosphere here on Cape Cod, and specifically this farm… because lavender farms and vineyards aren’t exactly common to have in this area. We’re a beautiful place, but sandy and salty. More pale tones and muted, compared to the vibrant, saturated colors of the south or the west coast (the florist for this did an awesome job adding color!). This particular farm is as tiny as the little building you see in the photos. Just a one-room shop with lavender goods, and trinkets, bird-houses and potted plants outside. An adorable older couple lives on the property with their three dogs, and their daughter still helps out each summer.
Open-air dining gives a romantic European feeling to any party and is not just reserved for picnics – bring your beautiful linens, china and stemware outside and pair them with pretty garden chairs for a formal fete minus the fuss. The lemonade cocktails include a lavender sugar rim for added sensory experience. Tiny lavender soaps and lavender sachets adorned with pretty vintage cameos made thoughtful and scent-filled gifts for guests to take home and enjoy. Easily create a patisserie-style dessert table by displaying a variety of tempting French-inspired goodies with stacks of vintage china cups and plates. Add wicker hamper to hold lacy napkins and silverware, and of course some pretty fresh flowers.

I love this color! so pretty!
My first thought was Marie Antoinette! I definitely get a romantic/chic/French vibe from the photoshoot.. Envious of the girls involved! Soap and sweets? What could be better?!
This is Amazing. I love the details. Color combination is so lovely..
So honored to be part of your gorgeous site, thank you for sharing! These amazingly vibrant colors were dreamed up by such a vibrant team, couldn’t ask for more 🙂 XO
Oh this looks so romantic. On my first date with my husband he took me for a champagne picnic. He had made everything himself and it was wonderful. Having said that is was the middle of November and he took me to the beach – we had some strange looks from passers-by as we sat there drinking champagne in our winter woolies!
Picnics always remind of that day x
This is so lovely. I can’t decide what I love most about this luncheon. One of my favorites: that incredible textured cake!
