Peach and Copper Wedding Inspiration
A peach wedding dress, be still our hearts! This shoot by Mikaela Marie Photography was just thoroughly decked out in the softest and dreamiest shade of peach and creatively, Lovely and Bubbly Events thought to pair it with an equally-beautiful shade of light blue. The two colors together are so harmonious for the eyes! Just when we thought that the color coordinating was done, copper–the ever-growing metallic color that we certainly cannot get enough of–was tossed in places as seen at the sweetheart table and even as tiny flecks on the wedding cake. Rounding off the fun and flirty inspiration were the peachy florals that So Lovely Weddings and Blooms provided for the shoot. There was a generous array of green foliage for the bouquet and the centerpieces, with stems of pretty peach peonies and garden roses peppered in here and there. We’re loving how fresh this wedding inspiration looks!
From the event designer, Alyssa Gabel of Lovely and Bubbly Events: The design for this shoot really stemmed from the idea of a peach wedding dress. We love the different colored wedding gown trend, but we decided to take it a step further with a non-traditional color while keeping the season of summer in mind. That peachy and copper feel was incorporated all throughout the shoot in the paper products, the peach tree place card wall, and peachy popsicles. We also loved the idea of mixing rustic and industrial design elements. The rustic elements like our antique white dining table and white barn venue mixed with the modern industrial copper chairs made this editorial really stand out. This idea of mixing styles shows how a couple with two different tastes can incorporate both of their personalities in their wedding design.
