Painterly Summer Wedding Inspiration

We teamed up with Jessica Cooper Photography, Patchwork Planning, Forget Me Not Vintage Rentals, and Papertini on a fun shoot we’ve been dreaming of for a while. Our obsession with Ashley Goldberg isn’t going anywhere, so when we asked them to bring our inspiration to life they took it to the next new level. When we start off with a cake as amazing as this one from Nutmeg Cake Design, you know it’s going to be something special. Taking cues from abstract art and some of Ashley Goldberg‘s distinctly fun patterns, Nutmeg Cake Design added lots of fresh summer colors and plenty of texture.

Leaving no stone unturned, even the wedding invitations from Hadley Custom Designs were a perfect match to the decor with their bright hues and bold paint strokes.

And can we just take a moment of appreciation for this incredible bouquet by Papertini? Coral charm peonies, parrot tulips, dahlias, and wild wisps of greenery are the way to our hearts for sure.

We’re of course still smitten with bridal separates, and these days no one knows them better than Caroline Styles. The mix of a bright white crop top with a blush pink skirt is sure to be a fun option for any modern bride.
