Organic Wedding Inspiration Drawn from a European Countryside Muse
Organic beauty exists in all forms – the naturalism in a bouquet, the wispy motion of a gown, the windswept look of a linen bedecked table sitting gracefully upon a terrace. These simple little pleasures exist in today’s organic wedding inspiration whose very muse was the European countryside it sat upon. And we feel #blessed to be sharing it with you today!
Salt Lake City based wedding photographer, Kenzie Victory, styled + shot this concept after reflecting on her recent travels to England and France. And who doesn’t feel like creating art after a hop, skip and a jump across the pond? Her photos and styling fit together like a match made in Heaven, with soft and airy vibes that leave us entirely breathless.
Fresh florals from Bushel and a Peck are the leading star of this show, foraged with care + placed with intention. Just look at the way the textures move together in a perfectly choreographed dance!
From the photographer and stylist, Kenzie Victory Photography: I drew inspiration for this shoot from my travels throughout Europe. This venue had a feeling of all things European, so I kept with a neutral palate with a romantic feel. From the long romantic sleeves of the wedding dress, to the airy feel of the florals, we see all things romantic and European in this shoot.
An invitation suite with texture from Ink & Press = immeasurable visual delights!
This. Dress. It’s everything! Jean & Jewel offered up a couture masterpiece with chantilly lace and bishop sleeves that have us in a permanent admiration.
And a styling board from Rachael Ellen Events with handmade ribbons by Froufrou Chic were just the cherry on top!
The heirloom-esque rings from J Brooks have us affixed on all the sparkle.
Ivory sequin heels from Bella Belle Shoes. Total euphoria!
Her delicate updo from Lesley Lind let her eyes simply shine!
From the florist, Bushel and a Peck: The European countrysides are known for their rolling hills and ever-growing romantic gardens. The foliage, grasses, and blooms seem to be more detailed and have their own unique characters that tell a story. I wanted the florals in this shoot to reflect that romanticism of the European countryside. We used open cut garden roses often found in English gardens as well as many dainty blooms that you would see growing along the roads in the vast fields of Ireland. All blooms are subtle in color, rich in texture, yet delicate, and intricately detailed telling their own story and captivating its audience.”
Loving these European vibes? Us too! We shared another styled shoot not too long ago inspired by French gardens, so take a peek for even more nature love!
