Moody and Modern Wedding Inspiration at East Ivy Mansion
It’s difficult to imagine a scene dreamier than this one from Austin Gros, Chancey Charm Nashville, and FLWR Shop. Every detail was carefully attended to, from the bride’s beautiful updo to the moody stationery from The Paper Place and JLF Creative to the delicious cocktails. We’ll be spending the rest of the day obsessing over this one, tysm!
From the event designers, Chancey Charm Nashville: The historic East Ivy Mansion was the perfect setting for this whimsical design. I wanted it to be a touch moody and very modern. And, I think this vendor team nailed that vision. It was so much fun to give such a talented group of creatives a vision and see how they brought it to life. I wanted to bring bold colors into a winter wedding setting. We decided on a deep magenta, plum, sage and gray palette. Marbled details and dark accents enriched the contemporary palette. Natural light and blush accents kept the shoot romantic and celebratory.
Our models were stunning, the groom’s chiseled looks and bride’s joy were evident in all their photos, so perfectly captured by Austin Gros. The modern furnishings from 12th Table garnished by floral perfection from FLWR Shop really brought this concept together. I loved seeing the color palette shine through in all the details, especially in the craft cocktails and invitation suite.
