Intimate Cancún Wedding with Brilliant Gold Hues

Not gonna lie, this intimate Cancún wedding has made our hearts SING. And we’re pretty sure yours will too when you take a peek at the bride’s brilliant gold gown, which she designed herself! Elky + Ale sailed with their guests to a traditional church ceremony, and the reception that followed involved some white sand + string lights. From the photographer, Nati of White Diamond Photography: Elky and Ale are a couple from San José, Costa Rica, who traveled with family and friends all the way to Cancún, México, to celebrate their love in an unforgettable way. We were lucky to be there to document their adventure, full of joy, sun, white-sand beaches and clear-blue water.

The bride is a fashion designer, and she made her own beautiful dress and also the bridesmaids dresses. They also made a lot of DIY stuff, for example, they painted the wedding plates (it was also a gift for the guests). The ceremony was at a local church and then all the wedding party took a boat to Mujeres Island at the very hour of sunset? for the reception?. Then the party began. It was a beautiful!”
