Hidden Forest Wedding Ideas
Who doesn’t love a beautiful forest inspiration? Petal Pixie threw together the flowers and styling for this incredible woodsy shoot with images from the always-great Alixann Loosle Photography. Don’t miss the behind-the-scenes film from Digital Memorys!
From the stylist, Petal Pixie: The inspiration from this shoot came from the woods and the magic that can come from within their depths. Avenia Bridal provided a beautiful feather tiered skirt designed by Liancarlo. Our male model sported a pant and shirt combo with suspenders, simple and natural. Nicole Cook and Kali Wengreen created an intricate side braid. Kali kept the makeup soft and simple. Alexis June Creative designed the stunning paper suite! I love the soft look of the gold and cream with the touches of navy.
Petal Pixie tied everything together by combining a simple rustic romance with the styling and floral. The flowers where housed in bronzed containers as well as mercury glass. I wanted to use a nontraditional color palette that was rustic as well as soft and romantic. I chose white, soft pink, navy blue, and copper orange blooms. The flowers used were hydrangeas, ranunculus, orchids, roses, and tulips.
RSVP Rentals provided us with the vineyard table along with the bronzed handled silverware and delicate glassware. The cake table was a combination of three stunning butter cream cakes designed by Cake-A-Licious and gourmet donuts provided by Gimme Sugar Catering. Alixann Loosli Photography captured the style and details of this shoot to perfection. Her use of light brought a romantic glow and created magic! She is a dream to work with and her images speak for themselves. Chris Koch with Digital Memorys Video Production was kind enough to be our male model and document our shoot in this stunning video below.
