Garden Romance Wedding Inspiration

I might be a sucker for a classic pink and red color palette, but can you blame me? There are so many inspiring details to behold in this styled shoot put together by Beijos Events and Megan Welker Photography, but we have to give a special shout-out to the incredible floral design by Siren Floral Co.. That bouquet is a show-stopper for sure!

From the event designers, Beijos Events: As far as the inspiration behind this shoot, simply put, my partners and I have a love affair with Anthropologie and BHLDN (who doesn’t, right??). So when we were presented with the opportunity to work with them we definitely had a “pinch me” moment! We hadn’t really had the chance to work and style a vintage garden wedding and we really had strong romantic vision for this one. The first and major story behind this shoot was a vintage ballerina gets married in a secret English garden, and the ideas came flowing from there.

It was great to work with such delicate materials and textiles for this shoot. We wanted the rentals from the furniture pieces down to the flatware to be rustic and antique, with mismatched pieces that told an old story. The invites we wanted were focused around the garden, playing on a pretty fall burgundy/peach floral combo for Fall. The flowers were beyond amazing playing on bold pretty to soft herbal and organic looking pieces you find in a real English garden. The desserts were petite and perfect for delicate setting, and the hair and make really played into the ballerina inspiration with a messy bun and dewy pinks. Everything came together easily since as previously stated the “love affair” is so strong!!
