Garden Estate Wedding Inspiration with Delicate Poppies
I may perhaps be biased because poppies are my favorite flower, but this styled shoot from Hillary Muelleck Photography and Wildflowers by Design uses them so beautifully it’s just impossible to resist. Soft, timeless, and romantic, every scene serves up great inspiration for anyone hoping to create garden wedding perfection. Let’s take a peek!
From the photographer, Hillary Muelleck Photography: Inspired by the Georgian architecture of the Drumore Estate in Pequea, Pennsylvania, this charming, springtime wedding shoot encompasses everything soft and timeless. We wanted our main design influence to surround the poppy flower and its delicate, feminine nature. Accents of poppies could be found throughout the details from the water-colored paper goods to the hand painted cake decor.
To complement the southern charm, we had our bride wear a Divine gown that displayed hints of lace in addition to Swarowski pearls that strung across the open back. With this lush, garden estate as the backdrop, Wildflowers by Design emphasized a loose and organic nature to the florals, which was essential in keeping the spring, color palette feeling romantic and everlasting.
