Romantic California Wedding in Buena Park
We love a bride who knows what she wants — and ever since high school, bride Rina knew she wanted her wedding day to be filled with pink, gold, and black. On her special day with beau Juan, she stuck true to her vision and brought along the talented Candice Benjamin Photography, Amazing Blooms Studios, and CCL Weddings to make everything a reality!
From the bride, Rina: We really wanted our wedding to reflect both our personalities and the things we love. We went for a simple, elegant and fun style. Since I was in high school, I’ve always wanted my wedding colors to be blush pink and gold with black accent which we integrated in the bridesmaid dresses, flowers, decorations, favors etc. Our favorite things were incorporated in the little details of the wedding. The Mickey Mouse silhouette hidden in our wedding cake, the mini dog/cat figures on our cake topper, my love of books is shown through our dessert backdrop and escort cards, our fun humor in the favors, our love/obsession with desserts.
I truly believe that the ceremony is the most important part of the wedding day. It’s the time when you declare your love and make an unbreakable vow (Harry Potter reference lol) to each other so we wanted it to be extra special. We had a confetti bar where our guests can mix and match their confetti to shower us as we walk down the aisle as newlyweds. Juan and I integrated a tree planting ceremony for our love of nature and hiking.
