Pink Bridal Shower Inspiration
Is there any idea more fitting for a bridal shower than a fun and colorful mimosa bar? No, we think not. Showerbelle put together this inspired styled shoot and brought some serious talent on board – including Seriously Sabrina Photography, Event 29, and Pink Peony Events, just to name a few.
From the coordinator, Gabrielle Green of Showerbelle: Bridal shower season is in full-swing, so we wanted to create a shoot that was both pretty, and inspiring. We think bridal showers have the potential to be about much more than unwrapping gifts; we think they should be truly fun parties that celebrate friendship among the closest of friends. That’s why we began with idea of ‘showering love,’ and worked on creating a bridal shower inspiration shoot that was both rich in color and a meaning.
We choose a vibrant palette of corals, violets, and berry tones that was undoubtedly feminine, but not overly dainty. These saturated hues set the mood for a mid-summer mimosa brunch. The urban rooftop lounge provided a backdrop of exposed brick walls and warm, rustic wood planks that in contrast with our more delicate tablescape provided the perfect amount of balance between ladylike and strong. A balance we think often describes women as they support each other through various rites of passages during a stage in life that is filled with exciting transitions. Carried into the décor and wardrobe were the delicious berry tones of the mimosa bar. A concept much loved, both for its novelty, and because we simply cannot get enough champagne! The idea of creating an experience where guests can create their own drinks by mixing the flavorful fruits of summer with juices like passion fruit or mango is really appealing because it feels customized to each guest, and is ripe with the potential of making a brand new flavor. Even our models were bubbling with excitement over what they might create.
It was important that the bridal shower activity be an experience shared and valued among friends rather than something more passive. So, we had our floral designer teach a workshop on how to create the stunning centerpieces used on the guest and cocktail tables. The robust, full blooms of the pink peonies and free-spirited nature of the accenting sweet peas in the centerpieces reflected the mood of the shoot: graceful, but not overly fussy. We really had so much fun planning and shooting! Our goal was to design something that was beautiful, happy, and sent the message to shower love among friends.

I really like how you used various shades of pink for the bridesmaid’s dresses rather than going with one uniform color. They all match nicely since they’re pink, but it really livens things up since there are some differences.
Love the color and the mimosa bar!
