Pagosa Springs Wedding

Striped tablecloths, lush floral arrangements, an Ines Di Santo gown that will knock your socks off — all of these are great reasons to fall in love with Cassidi and Taylor’s Pagosa Springs wedding. Of course, you don’t have to take my word for it, so we’ll let the incredible work of Kristen Soileau Portraits, Krii Black, and Blossom of Durango speak for itself!

From the bride, Cassidi: For our wedding day, I envisioned a very glamorous wedding.. Lot of lush flowers, rich colors and great texture in all of the fabric and details. I didn’t want to do anything that I had seen before. We also wanted to pull in the natural and the rustic of Colorado to give a complete contrast to the wedding decor and our attire.

We did not have a color scheme… I knew that I wanted black/white striped table cloths and gold flatware. I also knew that I would want lots of shades of pinks and blues… Pulling towards gemstone colors. The only DIY projects that we had were the place setting cards and all of the signs that were used… A Menu, Welcome to our Wedding sign, Pop Fizz Clink.

Any advice for couples planning their weddings now? I advise all couples planning their wedding to do EXACTLY what they want. They only get 1 short period of time to celebrate this amazing event… Go big or go home! Have so much fun! Take risks. Enjoy the planning because it really does only last a short time! And celebrate BIG. Make sure you cover the last 5%… The details matter! (:
