Modern Downtown LA Wedding

Today’s wedding beautifully captures the wonder of downtown Los Angeles while simultaneous infusing some tropical charm. The Reason, Beijos Events, and Elizabeth Bailey Designs worked to bring Chris and Nicole’s vision to reality, even incorporating clips from favorite movies during the reception as a nod to the groom’s profession.

From the event stylists, Beijos Events: The Billigs just LOVE LA and that was the overall theme and personality behind their big and special day. They got ready at the beautiful villas at Sunset Marquis Hotel then married at the new and unique Millwick in DTLA. Chris, the groom, is in the movie industry and they had an amazing video loop playing on the awesome backdrop at their reception that consisted of movie clips from all of our all-time favorite movies. Nicole the bride, works in the food industry and has a food blog, resulting in this couples major foodie status. Room Forty did an exceptional job with four amazing courses for their guests. The couple wanted to bring out their love for the city and its sophistication using muted classic colors paired with organic greens setting the tone for their modern gala. Needless to say, it was an incredible night!
