Graceful Desert Wedding at Enchanted Rock

It used to be that “desert” and “romantic” were two words never to be found in the same sentence, but that time is long gone — just take this styled shoot from Bella Reese Photography, Vivid Events, and Sweetwater Stems as proof. Blush pink protea and centerpieces with eucalyptus make us dream of sunny desertscapes, complete with a beautiful bride in a stunning Enzoani wedding gown.

From the photographer, Bella Reese Photography: Most of my childhood I woke up in the southwest — desert was all I knew. Having always had the mountains in my horizon, with beautiful cactus and just plain desert is home to me. There has always been something so comforting about it. So this vision I’ve had for so long came naturally. I wanted something that came from my heart and meant something so deeply. Enchanted Rock seemed fitting with its gorgeous landscaping and perfect location. It was exactly what was needed to provide my “desert.”

Going into it I knew that succulents and proteas had to play a big part and Sweetwater Stems more than delivered! The gorgeous Enzoani gown immediately stood out in Blush Bridal Lounge, it is so elegant and relaxed, exactly what we needed! Giselle with Vivid Events helped pull this all together and she knew exactly how to make my vision come alive.

My amazing husband knew exactly how important this shoot was to me and also knew my vision for the table. It had to be JUST right. So as great as he is, he built us the table. It’s perfect! It allowed the personal touch I really wanted because this is so near and dear to my heart. The table setup really allows for such an intimate gathering, all of us girls wanted to sit down and have a glass of wine! It was so inviting! I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to help pull this together. This was the desert elegance we all wanted!
