Chic Australian Wedding with Greenery and Gold
Time and again we’ve learned that a wedding from Lara Hotz is a reason to celebrate in the office. Jo and Daniel’s chic Australian wedding was filled to the brim with tall, lush greenery centerpieces and gold accents, styled by She Designs with floral duty done by Trille Floral and Carla Florist. Modern brides, keep your eyes peeled for Jo’s impeccable Atelier Pronovias wedding gown!
From the bride, Jo: We wanted a traditional, black tie wedding combining formal elegance with romanticism and a touch of rustic charm. We wanted to keep the feel of our wedding very classic and elegant to ensure the beauty of both the Church and the QVB Tea Room were accentuated. We wanted to ensure both venues were filled with cream and white floral and loads of greenery.
The ceremony was beautiful and the reception venue was truly mesmerizing and brought us to tears – the charm and opulence of the QVB Tea Room combined with an enchanting forest of greenery and floral was everything we could have hoped for and more and absolutely wowed our guests! It set the tone for a beautiful, elegant wedding with so much love, laughter and happiness and we don’t think anyone stopped smiling, least of all us! It was a perfect day and a perfect celebration.
Any advice for couples planning their weddings now? Don’t forget to enjoy the journey! It is such an exciting time in your life but it’s easy to get caught up in the little things throughout the planning process so remember what it’s all for and on the night, make sure you and your spouse take time out to enjoy and reflect on it all. It is such a special and memorable experience to be surrounded by your family and closest friends to celebrate your wedding and there is so much love and happiness!
