Early Summer Wedding Inspiration with Floral Displays
Spring and summer brides, get ready for some beautiful garden inspired goodness from Intrigue Designs‘ lovely workshop. Elizabeth Fogarty and Claire Duran Weddings & Events helped to flush out the vision, which included lush pink and coral flowers, a colorful and creative backdrop, and an elegant backyard reception. If you’re ready for some serious floral inspo, let’s keep right on!
From the event designer, Claire Duran Weddings & Events: We have been so blessed to work on multiple occasions with floral master designer Sarah Campbell of Intrigue Designs, planning and styling inspiration photo shoots for her floral workshops. One of the format of her teaching efforts is the “2 Days with Intrigue” workshop — during two amazing days designers from across the country come together at Intrigue Designs’ studio in Annapolis, MD to create the floral displays featured in this beautiful shoot. With Sarah, attendees learn the details of creating floral walls, oversized centerpieces, suspended arrangements, and decadent bouquets.
This particular workshop featured a warm color palette of pinks, oranges and corals, perfect for the late Spring and Summer seasons. The end result, as seen in this gallery, showcases a styling that would equally satisfy the bride who’s seeking a lush indoor reception, as well as the more garden/outdoor bride. We were delighted to bring the pieces designed during the workshop into the editorial, as well as complement it with the beautiful contributions of the creative team that joined us. And we were lucky enough to have the über talented Elizabeth Fogarty photographing it all masterfully.

Love these! Any tips you could recommend for how to make a guest list for a wedding? I’ve found that this wedding reception layout tool has been helpful, but I’d love other ideas. Thanks!
