Dramatic Winter Bridal Inspiration with Marsala
Marsala locked down a place in our hearts when it won Pantone’s Color of the Year recently, and our love affair with the hue continues with this styled shoot from Nattnee Photography, Styled by Linda, and Sweet Bride. The team added some deep charcoal, apricot, ivory, and soft pink to complement the rich color, ending up with bridal inspiration that’s sure to have winter couples in love.
From the photographer, Nattnee Photography: Our forest styled shoot was born from our inspiration of mother nature’s beautiful luscious greenery and the autumn/winter rich colour of Marsala. Our vision was to create a bridal shoot that juxtapose a light and airy sophistication with a little bit of a mysterious and edgy feel. We used the earthy tones from our Marsala colour inspiration with darker charcoal hues and contrasted them with apricot, ivory and soft pink colours. This palette was incorporated in all of our styling elements – the flowers, table setting, stationery as well as makeup. Coupled with the soft, pastel, light and airy photography style, we were able create the styled shoot we had envisioned.
