Colorful Greenhouse Wedding Ideas
Are you ready to add some inspiring greenhouse charm to your day? That’s what’s on our ticket with today’s shoot sent over by Jenna Brianne Photography and Sarah Brookhart Photography, who co-shot the entire day. The floral arrangements from Rosemary & Rust and Sandra L. Porterfield Wedding & Event Floral Design are guaranteed to keep you swooning, and are a key element of every bit of the shoot right down to the beautiful cake displayed atop an ombre tablecloth.
From Jenna Brianne Photography: The inspiration for this wedding shoot was combining fresh and bold colors with the muted tones of Historic Shady Lane’s greenhouse. We sought to plan this shoot around a bohemian bride and groom planning a vibrant spring wedding, and sought out vendors who we knew would understand our vision of combining both sleek and colorful elements and details. Our biggest source of inspiration came from Historic Shady Lane’s property – the perfect blend of both rustic and modern furnishings and decor. The keywords we planned this shoot around were fresh, vibrant, colorful, and bold. The bold hues are incorporated in not only the bouquet, but in the colorful cake and ombre, dip-dyed napkins and tablecloth.
Fresh greens and citrus fruits adorned the handcrafted wooden farmhouse table, pairing beautifully with the interior of the greenhouses’ decor. While the spring season can call forth visions of muted tones, we were inspired more by the vibrant green buds on the trees and blossoming bold florals. The florals created for this inspiration shoot could not have been more perfect – Sandra Porterfield created the stunning bouquet, which was our exact vision for this shoot, come to life! The bride is wearing a stunning, lace-overlay wedding gown designed by Lillian West, while the groom is dressed in a modern-day wedding suit in navy.
Those florals are amazing!
