Colorful Dreamy Wedding in Tuscany

I may be biased, because just about any wedding in Tuscany is going to be dreamy to me — but this wedding from Infraordinario Studio, Italyweddings, and Le Petit Jardin really sets the bar high. Colorful floral arrangements, a sweet ceremony with a show-stopping arch, and a wedding gown we absolutely cannot take our eyes off of all add up to total wedding magic here.

From the photographer, Infraordinario Studio: Jodi and Guy planned to bring together family and friends close to them from around the globe, to celebrate both their wedding, and the groom’s 50th birthday, in the heart of rural Tuscany. A series of events, celebrating all that is good about sharing time and love together in a countryside famous for its culture, cuisine, climate and of course, stunning views. For the wedding, Jodi and Guy wanted the event to be relaxed, intimate, but also natural, magical and romantic. The blessing overlooking the hills of Volterra, together with the floral design by Le Petit Jardin, made the setting and moment magical. September afternoon light, a warm early evening and a brief but intense ceremony moved into a comfortable aperitif, offering the best of Tuscan cuisine.

Dinner was planned under the big cedar tree at the back on the villa, decorated with a mix of different types of fairy lights and hanging candles arranged by Italyweddings. Speeches led to cutting of the four tier, square millefoglie cake, made with Chantilly cream and berry fruits, and a night a dancing with a live jazz-funk combo. Everything was planned to be a natural flow and comfortable for the guests. The couple planned closely with Marisa a color theme of pinks and reds, with an abundance of natural greens. The played off the golds that were included in the table design: framed table names, coasters and candle holders, that as the night went on and the light faded, reflected multiple faceted reflections over the tables.
